These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Website are governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law, to the exclusion of its conflict-of-law rules and of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction, including those available to consumers, remain reserved.
